A: Lot sizes will range from 1/2 acre to 2 1/2 acres. Average lot size is approximately 3/4 acre.

A: Homesite prices have not yet been established.

A: Homesite buyers have the opportunity to purchase full golf memberships.

Q: What types of homes does the site plan specify?
A: The plan calls for a variety of single-family homes.

Q: What guidelines will cover homes built at Wine Valley?
A: Wine Valley will support a diversity of styles and designs. The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) are in development and will be made available to all prospective buyers.

Q: What amenities will be available to homeowners?
A: Current plans include walking and biking trails, golf course membership and use of all club facilities.

Q: How close is Wine Valley to the airport, downtown, hospitals?
A: Wine Valley is located approximately 10 minutes from Walla Walla Airport and the downtown area, hospitals, and hotels
